JARL 100th Anniversary Award Rules

The Japan Amateur Radio League (JARL) was established in 1926, and we are in the 100th year. To commemorate this special occasion, JARL issues a special award named "JARL 100th Anniversary Award."
  ◆  Requirements
  award   Worked(heard) amateur stations with 10 different Prefixes.
  award   Worked(heard) with 10 different cities or ku of Japan.
  award   Worked(heard) with 10 different Guns of Japan.
  award   Worked(heard) with 10 different prefectures of Japan.
  100 award *1   Worked(heard) with 100 different amateur stations.
(If you worked(heard) the same station in different band, you may count it as a different station.)
  1000 award *1   Worked(heard) with 1000 different amateur stations.
(If you worked(heard) the same station in different band, you may count it as a different station.)
  10000 award *2   Worked(heard) with 10000 different amateur stations.
(Only one contacts(heard) with a particular station is valid. Even if you have QSOs with JA1RL and JA1RL/2, only one QSO can be counted.)

  Worked(heard) 10 JARL 100th Anniversary Stations with different Prefixes (Total 10 stations)

  Silver award
  Worked(heard) 1 nominated JARL 100th Anniversary Station in each of 10 call areas. (Total 10 stations)
  100 AJD
  Gold award
  Worked(heard) 10 JARL 100th Anniversary Stations by using 10 different band/mode combinations in each of 10 call areas. (Total 100 stations)
  100 WAJA
  Bronze award
  Worked(heard) 1 nominated JARL 100th Anniversary Station in each of the 47 prefectures of Japan.*1
  100 WAJA
  Silver award
   Worked(heard) 2 nominated JARL 100th Anniversary Stations by using different band/mode combinations in each of the 47 prefectures of Japan.*1
  100 WAJA
  Gold award
  Worked(heard) 2 nominated JARL 100th Anniversary Stations by using different band/mode combinations in each of the 47 prefectures of Japan and "separately designated area" such as Ogasawara.

  Event Station award   Worked(heard) one of JARL 100th Anniversary Stations (event stations).
*1    If you worked JARL 100th Anniversary Stations in "separately designated area" such as Ogasawara in addition to JARL 100th Anniversary Stations in all 47 prefectures, the area name of that location will additionally be printed on the award certificate.
The "JARL 100th Anniversary Stations" will be announced on the website etc.
*2    We are looking for donors of plaques at 10,000 yen each, and a plaque presentation ceremony will be held at the Ham Fair.
※Detailed information about the plans for the 100th anniversary stations will be announced on the website once they have been decided.

                       June 1, 2026.00:00 and September 30, 2027. 24:00JST
    ◎  JARL starts accepting applications
                       on June 1, 2026, and will close on December 31, 2027.

  Please send 3,000 yen with your application.
  Free for junior high school students or younger than 15 years.
  ( Please send the documents for age verification)
◆  Endorsement:
  Applicants can request for maximum of 3 endorsements from the following.
□ Single Band □ Single Mode □ QRP (QRPp) □ Satellite
□ D-STAR □ ONE DAY
□ Other special requests (up to 10 characters)
□ "A.R.L." Award: If all the stations you worked are the same station, you may
  request to have it noted as "same station."
□ Digital endorsement note: If all contacts are "FT8" or "RTTY",
  they can also be displayed as "FT8" or "RTTY".

◆ Special Note:
  All QSOs through repeaters or internet are also valid for this award.
